Introducing the 2025 Chevy Colorado

With a high-powered TurboMax engine and exterior features like the CornerStep rear bumper, the Chevrolet Colorado was made to face every task head-on. Our Benson dealership would like to introduce the new 2025 Chevy Colorado and explore some of its best features below.

Mechanical

The new Colorado has a TurboMax engine and an 8-speed automatic transmission with Tow/Haul mode to support all of your trailering projects. The TurboMax engine provides 310 horsepower at 5600 rpm and 430 lb.-ft. of torque at 3000 rpm. The Colorado’s 8-speed automatic transmission also has powertrain-grade braking to increase vehicle control and reduce brake wear.

Exterior

The Chevrolet Colorado is a mid-size pickup truck with ultra silver metallic wheels and all-season blackwall tires that measure 17 inches across. Standard exterior features include black beltline moldings, deep-tinted rear windows, and power-adjustable mirrors. The CornerStep rear bumper is designed to give you more support when accessing cargo by offering open spaces on each corner for you to insert your foot into.

Lighting on the Colorado includes automatic halogen headlamps that respond naturally to their surroundings. The IntelliBeam automatic high beams dim when they detect an oncoming vehicle heading towards you, while the cab-mounted cargo lamps provide lighting around your truck bed when working at night.

Interior

There’s 5-passenger seating inside the Chevy Colorado, including a driver’s seat with 6-way manual controls, a passenger seat with 4-way manual controls, and a manual-folding 60/40 split rear bench. Seating in the new Colorado is made with soft cloth seat trim that’s simple to clean after dirty jobs.

Other notable cabin features inside the new Colorado include a front center console with dual cupholders and covered storage, steering-wheel-mounted controls, USB charging ports, power windows, and an 11-inch driver information center.

Technology

The 2025 Colorado has an 11.3-inch color LCD display with wireless Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, Google built-in, voice-activation technology, Bluetooth audio streaming, and SiriusXM radio. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are wireless apps that use Bluetooth technology to pair your phone to the truck. With voice activation, you can make and receive phone calls without taking your hands off the wheel.

The Google built-in feature is a convenient addition to the Colorado, offering helpful tools like Google Maps and Assistant. SiriusXM satellite radio is included in the 2025 Colorado, providing endless stations to keep you entertained on long rides.

Safety

The new Colorado comes with two exclusive assistive safety packages: Safety Package and Chevy Safety Assist. Safety Package includes Rear Cross Traffic Braking, Blind Zone Steering Assist, and Rear Park Assist. Chevy Safety Assist includes Lane Keep Assist with Lane Departure Warning, Following Distance Indicator, and Automatic Emergency Braking.
