I was happy with my experience and the deal I received. My only complaint was myself nor the salesperson didn’t see on the window sticker a charge of $850 for step rails. I had already worked with the person to install step rails from my trade in. Once I noticed this I asked for the $850 or some other refund since I had already paid. I was told I could.not get a refund and I could only have the step rails and try to sell them myself. I felt the dealership should have done better than this.

The dealership had to get a vehicle I specifically was wanting and worked extensively with other dealers for a dealer transfer. One dealer didn’t cooperate and it drug out the purchase. But, the Benton store never gave up and found the vehicle I was looking for. The price and trade negotiation was superb.

This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Clayton and Everett Chevrolet. Both experiences have been top notch! Connor was great to work with as well in finance. I will definitely recommend Everett Chevrolet & Clayton to anyone.

The deal was actually done when I got there so it was a matter of going over the truck and doing paperwork and writing a check. In and out 2 hours. I knew before I started dealing what my truck cost the dealer and what my trade in was worth. I may could have bargained on the truck a little more. But over all it was a pleasant experience. Austin my salesman was great to work with l will be recommending him to my friends down here.

First time having service at the Chevrolet dealer(previously bought 5 vehicles from the GMC /Buick dealer). Made appointment, drove up and talked with service rep (first service on my Corvette). Work was performed in timely fashion and to my satisfaction. Very impressive!

Had an appointment at 7:15 for an oil change and tire rotation. Got out of there at 10:30. This is not acceptable. I have been a faithful customer for years, something has changed !!

The service was okay. Still feel something is off with my vehicle but when I ask the service tech and the guy in the office them ensured that my concerns was common but I don’t think so. I received a email saying my gasket was in but I wasn’t told that something wasn’t put back in my vehicle. My doors on my truck was not lock so someone got into my truck and stole my tool box out the back and my hats and flashlight out my console. The service manager said he was going on vacation but he will look at the cameras and give me a call but I haven’t received it, I’m just glad whoever it was didn’t decide to take my bed cover. Steve Landers is great tho

After waiting 2 hours, I had a handwritten mileage sticker in my windshield and oily shoe prints in the floor mat.

It went good. We ended up going with a different Tahoe then we started out with.

I had a “customer friendly” experience and would recommend Everett Chevrolet.

Was pleased with the delivery! Clayton is getting me an owners manual that I need badly. Was disappointed to find the vehicle had 600 miles on it. (Advertised on line as having 10). Everyone I dealt with was extremely nice and accommodating.

Everyone I talked to at the dealership was great. This is the second vehicle I’ve bought from Everette Chevy and treat people fairly. It’s a low stress interaction.

Their prices are competitive, if not better than their competition. The service at Everett is where they really shine. They will get you the vehicle "you" want, not just what is available on the lot, and deliver it to you, spotless, shining as a new vehicle should. I have purchased many cars and trucks over the years, and I assure you, Everett is one of the best places to find your new vehicle.

I have bought 3 or 4 new trucks with Everett Chevrolet and this was the first time I ever meet anyone. Everything was done over the phone. I live in Fort Smith Arkansas and the dealership I deal with is in Benton Arkansas 170 miles away. They have alway bought me the truck, paperwork and picked up my trade in. Excellent experience eveytime.

It was my first time there and a very bad experience. I only came for an oil change and was there for almost 4 hours for something they told me would take at least 1-1 1/2 hours. I will not be returning to this location.

The customer services was great. Very informative, kind and helpful.

Danial worked hard and effortlessly to get me into what i wanted and needed. He was patient and listened to my concerns and wants. Never pressured me. Conner and finance dept were stupendous in helping me out and making it work

Quick, efficient and prompt service. Even followed up a call for a new set of tires for my Vette. I gave them a go ahead and had them installed Monday.

I had an appointment for 8 AM and sat in the waiting room until 10:45 AM. Then, I told the service advisor that I was leaving since he had no idea how long the two warranty recalls would take. The advisor said that he would call me, but by 2:30 he had not called me. Therefore, I called and he had written down the wrong number. The car was ready the length of time to repair which was basically reprogrammed. Two modules was excessive.

Great people to deal with at Everett Chevrolet. Very friendly, not rushed into deal on 2026 Colorado. I got time to check out the Colorado without a salesman talking to me non-stop and then I was able to ask questions about vehicle and get straight answers. I got quick straight forward answers on financing, monthly payments, sales tax, etc. I got the trade-in value I was hoping for on my SUV and the listed price on the Colorado did not change, unlike some dealers. I was able to get the needed running boards at no cost and a rock chip on the windshield was handled with a new windshield installed the next day. Overall it was a very pleasant experience with no rushing, honest answers to my questions and any issues dealt with immediately.

I went for an appointment to fix my Ac they flushed it all seemed ok then I had to go back a few weeks later bc the Ac wasn't working yet again. I got my car back a few days ago and now the screen is messing up. Then I didn't ask for my tires to be realigned and they did it without asking me (it was an extra $110 that I did not have to spend) Idk it seems like they purposefully mess things up so you have to come back and pay more money.

They made us an offer on our trade in that helped us get our payments where we needed them. We knew what we wanted, they had it ready for us when we got there along with the paperwork. We were in and out in about 2 hours max. (Would have been quicker but I wanted to look at other colors.)

Went in for tire repair or replacement. Was sent home because no stock in tire. Tire came in the next week I went back in and the wrong tire was replaced with a new tire and I still have a leak in my front right tire…

After reading about Chevy dealers without certified Corvette mechanics makes me concerned since some of the oil/transmission filter & fluid changes that started leaking, I wish I knew if Everett had any specially trained people to do the fluid filter changes and not a 18 year old kid do it.

I arrived to this facility at 8:30 AM to get a camera checked out in the 2025 Buick in Vista. I did not receive my car back until after 1 PM. Never was informed what was going on. I had to get up twice to see how long it would be for my car. So unhappy with the service

No pressure, fair trade price and friendly staff.

It took two and a half hours to do a simple oil change. I was never updated and in the end I was told it took that long because they washed my truck. I didn't want that also it did not actually happen.

I called ahead before going to dealership with no appointment they told me to come on in will get me in asap for oil change. Steve also gave me a quote on Goodyear Wrangle tires for my truck that beat everyone prices I checked with.

The whole experience was easy - everyone was exceptional and Dex was so helpful. This is the 3rd car we have bought at Everett and will be back again.

The service was good. I think free condiments should have been available for customers. The wait room was nice and tidy. The service tech forgot to place my reminder sticker on my windshield and forget to reset me oil change warning option, but they quickly notified me once I brought it to their attention. All other factors were great. A friendly staff and they were even able to squeeze me in.

The service was excellent. However, the wait was 2 hours.

Surprised that lurching or lunging at taking off wasn’t detected during inspection. Texting or phone calling on status of inspection more often would be helpful.

No one has ever offered to tell me about any warrantys or perks that may come with the truck. Nor ask if I have any questions about the truck.

Roger was great. My only concern that a temp invoice was sent that had all the recommended services on it and it had charges of around $500 for diagnosing the brake issues which is what i brought it in for in teh first place. Thanksfully those charges were not on teh final bill.

From the starting point of actually looking for a vehicle that we knew that we wanted, being able to locate it, and basically doing a deal not on site. Proceeding for a 6 Hour Dr. to pick up the vehicle was on site for less than two hours, completing all the paperwork and finance and was released. We have been very excited with our new vehicle and also the reaching of the staff to make sure we have everything that we need.

The gentleman that helped me was super friendly and upbeat. I was happy that I could get an oil change on a Saturday with my busy schedule during the week. He was very humorous and had extremely good customer service. I just moved in town and I am glad to have an inviting place that will take care of my car service needs.

The service department was great and they cleaned my truck really well. Only reason it was a 4 was they forgot to put my lug nut key back in my truck. They did mail it to me so I did not have to go back in.

Best ever! From the first interaction with our salesman to the Financie manager there was no pressure and no hassle. Everything was up front, honest and more than accommodating. Clayton went above and beyond to get us into this truck We drove 11 hours round trip and i was very nervous that there would be some catch or something would go wrong. But they are everything seamless and straightforward. We were heading home in less than 2 hours and over the moon with the truck of our dreams. We will recommend them to anyone and will definitely be back when we are in the market again.More than worth the drive.
