service was not as good as the two prior visits seem like they were more interested in getting you gone out the door than any thing else. Did not mention any problems with vehicle and did not won't to be paid with credit card because of extra charge to be paid by the you the customer. Will probably not return.

Great experience from start to finish, the initial communications to final simple paperwork. My salesman Cruz Johnson was outstanding as well, especially taking the necessary time to explain ALL of my truck's features.

I was very specific about my needs and wants. Daniel Phipps listened to those and made sure I got a Traverse which met those. He was very professional as well as personable. I’ve dealt with salespeople in the past that were pushy and because they were dealing with a woman were condescending, Daniel was not in any way. It was a pleasure to deal with someone like Daniel.

Shane was perfect to deal with, the deal and the delivery process were as easy as they could possibly be.

Tires were not rotated. Windshield washer fluid was not filled. I am 64 years old and fully understand how to do vehicle maintenance. Over the years I have learned not to trust any auto dealership in sales or maintenance. Its all about doing the least for the most money. So, before I arrived for this oil change/tire rotation, I placed a simple mark on the driver front tire to see if it was rotated. It was not. The tire with the mark was still in the driver front position when they finished. Then I find the windshield washer fluid half empty. This lack of integrity and honesty is just one more example to add to my mistrust of auto dealerships.

Got my universal home remote garage door opener installed and Chevrolet cut me a check for $250 for the inconvenience for not being installed when I purchased vehicle. The service department had me in and out in a short period of time.

We came in with an entirely different purchase in mind, initially looking for a used full size SUV. Everett Chevrolet was the first (and only) dealership we went to and we worked with Austin Harklau. He had two great used vehicles ready for us to test drive when we arrived. We just happened to see some of the new mid-sized options on the lot that we hadn’t considered before and started looking to see if that would maybe be an option. Austin was more than patient with us as we switched course and test drove different models. We ultimately decided to go with the mid-size and Austin and Luke started the process of tracking down our specific request. The whole process was painless and we are incredibly happy with our purchase. This won’t be our last time at Everett.

The staff was friendly. The waiting room for the service department was clean, and the snack area was very nice and clean as well.

It shouldnt take 7 hours to change a tire, and wait 3 hours for you to balance and align is insulting

Had a 7:15 car appointment & 3rd to arrive. Car was not seen until over an hour after I arrived. Took 2 hours and when I asked what I could do in the future to be in and out faster, I was given a laundry list of excuses that made no sense. Get an early appointment…I did. People are served in order of arrival…I was third and several people arrived afterwards. One employee said filter changes were fast, the other said it took time. I was told it was cheaper to do this at the dealership.. we know the answer to that. And some technicians are slow. It’s an oil change. Last time I was there, it took 4 hours to get brakes changed. I have been taking my car there for 4 1/2 years and this will be the last time. I did not appreciate the customer service and condescending attitude with responses that made no sense.

My truck was in the shop for 23 days! Power steering gear went out with only 53973 miles . Its bad enough that this part wasn't covered under warranty but they told me that they where getting the part from another dealer well it came in and it was the wrong one of course. 23 days later I got my truck back. Now i will say that the dealer did give a truck to drive while mine was in the shop. And they delivered my truck when it was repaired.. But having to wait this long for my truck to be repaired was very stressful AND the part should be covered by GM because it should not be faulty with only 53973 miles.. Thinking seriously about going to another brand of truck on my next purchase..

I was 20 minutes early for my appointment. Tire pressure checked immediately. Truck was taken back before 4:30. It took an hour and 15 minutes to perform an oil change. Really disappointed.

We had a seamless experience trading in vehicles and finding new ones. Our dealer, Dawson, was extremely helpful and patient in us selecting our new vehicles.

They made it easy for me to purchase but I would like to had some leather rugs in the front which I didn't get. Would have love to have a set but I didn't get one

I was very pleased with all the help and felt that everyone cared about giving us the right deal.

Took 6 weeks to fix transmission issue. Got it back and steering wheel was crooked. They had to fix that. Started up the next morning and put into reverse and it shifted hard. Same thing it was doing when I brought it in. 6 weeks later and it's not fixed. Will be getting back in touch with service manager. Not a happy customer right now. Expected more out of Everett Chevrolet. Thats why I purchased here. Michael

I've never had a bad experience with any Everett dealership, and - although this was my first with Everett Chevrolet and not the GMC location - this one continued to show how Everett has good people who do not want to simply sell a vehicle... but they want to make sure you're happy. The salesman did a good job of locating a truck that had nearly everything I wanted. The deal was done by phone because of the distance I lived away from the dealership. I was very happy with the constant updates by phone on the status of my financing. The dealership is clean and everyone we came in contact with was professional and friendly. This is my second time buying a truck from this dealership. I will be calling them first if I want to buy another truck or car in the future.

I had an appointment for an oil change. I added a tire rotation when I arrived. I was very disappointed with the 2 hour wait time. Staff was polite as usual.

I dropped my vehicle off for service and was provided a loaner car. The service was completed in the time frame quoted.

I showed up for my 10:00 appointment, and the attendants were very nice. I was a little disappointed that I had to go find them. They didn’t bother to tell me, that they only had one tech and it would probably be 2 hours or longer. It would have been nice to have the option reschedule.

Scheduling an appointment for service was easy and Roger was super nice on the phone. Service department was very busy on Saturday morning at 7am, but there was lots of staff available and they did an excellent job of getting everyone in as they opened. Service was quick and Roger explained everything that was done and when we would need the next oil change. Definitely worth the little bit of travel from Hot Springs.

Rear windows on my vehicle were left down during a heavily overcast day after servicing. My vehicle was parked on the westside parking lot of the service reception bay. Possible Interior water damage could have occurred had it rained. Additionally, with both rear windows left down, my vehicle was left unsecured by your service staff. Completely unacceptable. I was stonewalled when I inquired as to why.

Never go anywhere else. Excellent service. Burt is the best technician ever.

Excellent service. I had taken my car to Bale and they couldn't figure out how to fix it after keeping my car over a week. Everett fixed it after ordering the correct part; they actually know what they are doing. I would have given them 5 starts if only they would have charged my car since it is an EV.

My buying experience was good. On my trip home I discovered my DEF tank was empty and they had given me the wrong second key fob. Called the dealership they agreed to bring me two or three of DEF and my key fob. Set up a time to meet at my house. They never showed up and claim they went to the wrong house after I had taken off work to wait for them. Called them again and they said they would be at my house before the end of business on Friday. Called the dealership Friday. They said they were coming before end of business that day they didn’t show up. As of today, I still do not have my second key fob or my DEF.

I got the car I was looking for the only problem per say is online it said new and 0 miles it had 6k miles but I still bought it just caught me off

First of all...I think you guys overcharged on a service estimate. I had to have my catalytic converter fixed. Your estimate was around $2100 to have it repaired. When I got a second opinion, that local muffler garage reported the same issues as your service department but only quoted me $1100 for the repair. That is a huge difference. Also, I was not informed at any time that by your folks looking at my wife's car and not having it serviced in your shop would cost me $130 just to look at the car. That is ridiculous.

Did not reset oil life counter

The deal was actually done when I got there so it was a matter of going over the truck and doing paperwork and writing a check. In and out 2 hours. I knew before I started dealing what my truck cost the dealer and what my trade in was worth. I may could have bargained on the truck a little more. But over all it was a pleasant experience. Austin my salesman was great to work with l will be recommending him to my friends down here.

I was happy with my experience and the deal I received. My only complaint was myself nor the salesperson didn’t see on the window sticker a charge of $850 for step rails. I had already worked with the person to install step rails from my trade in. Once I noticed this I asked for the $850 or some other refund since I had already paid. I was told I could.not get a refund and I could only have the step rails and try to sell them myself. I felt the dealership should have done better than this.

First time having service at the Chevrolet dealer(previously bought 5 vehicles from the GMC /Buick dealer). Made appointment, drove up and talked with service rep (first service on my Corvette). Work was performed in timely fashion and to my satisfaction. Very impressive!

The dealership had to get a vehicle I specifically was wanting and worked extensively with other dealers for a dealer transfer. One dealer didn’t cooperate and it drug out the purchase. But, the Benton store never gave up and found the vehicle I was looking for. The price and trade negotiation was superb.

The service was good. I think free condiments should have been available for customers. The wait room was nice and tidy. The service tech forgot to place my reminder sticker on my windshield and forget to reset me oil change warning option, but they quickly notified me once I brought it to their attention. All other factors were great. A friendly staff and they were even able to squeeze me in.

I had an appointment for 8 AM and sat in the waiting room until 10:45 AM. Then, I told the service advisor that I was leaving since he had no idea how long the two warranty recalls would take. The advisor said that he would call me, but by 2:30 he had not called me. Therefore, I called and he had written down the wrong number. The car was ready the length of time to repair which was basically reprogrammed. Two modules was excessive.

The service was okay. Still feel something is off with my vehicle but when I ask the service tech and the guy in the office them ensured that my concerns was common but I don’t think so. I received a email saying my gasket was in but I wasn’t told that something wasn’t put back in my vehicle. My doors on my truck was not lock so someone got into my truck and stole my tool box out the back and my hats and flashlight out my console. The service manager said he was going on vacation but he will look at the cameras and give me a call but I haven’t received it, I’m just glad whoever it was didn’t decide to take my bed cover. Steve Landers is great tho
